With his rehabilitation taking place at the NCA, Unadkat's participation in the final is currently in doubt, although the other pacer Umesh has been permitted to be with his IPL squad.

The fast bowler has begun low-intensity bowling as part of his rehabilitation process while being looked after by the KKR Medical Team at the moment.
